Every year, a wide variety of organisations, companies and associations, valuing the infrastructure and logistics facilities available at the inter-cantonal fire brigade training centre ifa, hold their activities and events on site here. These events are not published here because the organisers generally promote the activities themselves. On the ifa website, you will only find those events that are organised and run by the ifa.
Open Days
On the 3rd and 4th October 2009, we opened the doors to our unique tunnel training facilities in Balsthal and Lungern to offer the general public the chance to look behind the scenes at the inter-cantonal fire brigade training centre, ifa.
