Generously-proportioned and comprehensive training site in Balsthal

The well-proportioned ifa training infrastructure in Balsthal lies in the former von Roll industrial estate and thanks to its vast extent is an ideal training site. Many varied training facilities have been set up on an area of around 36,000 m2 since 1998, making it possible to cover most training requirements for those involved in civil defence issues, be this for the fire service, police, civil defence, ambulance or other organisations.

The infrastructure is used for the basic training of the emergency services, as well as for deployment and joint exercises. Thanks to a large number of special training facilities (tunnels, building, multi-storey car park, outdoor facilities, etc.), comprehensive training programmes can easily be put together, making efficient, reasonably priced training courses possible.
