The training opportunities offered by the intercantonal Fire Training Center ifa are many and varied. On the one hand, the cantonal authorities of Basel-Landschaft, Basel City and Solothurn run their official courses at the ifa. On the other, many officials depend on the optimal infrastructure and extensive training site of the ifa to be able to successfully plan their courses and run them.
In addition, many fire brigades take direct advantage of the training and deployment modules on offer by making bookings.

It is not practical to appropriately document everything that is possible, because the training opportunities offered by the ifa are so varied and the requirements of the various fire brigades and other search and rescue organisations are so different. Consequently, it is well worth having a word with us, as we can put together for you à la carte training opportunities. Our extensive site provides by far the best prerequisites for this.
