One core topic per course

The intensive courses always focus on an outstanding topic for which special training and exercise needs have been identified. The focus is on operational exercises. The course participants take on different roles. In this way, they experience the operational scenarios from different perspectives and take on the tasks of incident management in a comprehensive manner.

The operational exercises are to be completed under respiratory protection. The intensive courses are one to two days long.

Application level

In the intensive courses, work is done at the application level. General fire service knowledge is assumed, topic-specific knowledge and skills are taught in addition. The focus is on enabling practical experience close to real operations. For this reason, participants must be fit for breathing protection.

At least two years' experience in the fire service is recommended. The number of participants is usually limited to 16 or 24.

Intensive courses underground parking

The practice car park offers ideal conditions for preparing for fire operations in underground parkings, but also parking halls and multi-storey car parks. Through different accesses and four staggered parking levels, a variety of incidents with the most diverse operational conditions can be represented.

There is a 1-day and a 1.5-day intensive course underground parking. The shorter intensive course offers three operational exercises in addition to the training lessons, the longer one offers six operational exercises.

Which course is more suitable for your fire service is best discussed with one of our training advisors. Their direct contact is shown on the bottom right.
