Modules and courses as needed
Our offers for fire services have a modular and topic-oriented structure. In this way, each fire service can decide which topic best suits the training needs of its emergency personnel. The training modules provide the necessary skills in detailed lessons. Building on these are the operation modules. Participants of operation modules do not have to complete the corresponding training modules but should have the appropriate level of training. The intensive courses offer the opportunity to intensively practise demanding training topics and operational situations.
In detailed lessons, the correct procedure for different fire incidents is taught and practised. Scenarios range from fires in residential buildings and commercial facilities up to vehicle fires in an underground car park. The use of different fire extinguishing devices can be trained as well as the triple extinguishing attack for liquid fires.
Operation modules usually consist of three operational drills. These operational drills are about cooperation in the company and the joint mastery of fires. Training facilities include the Pyrodrom, the underground car park, the fire attack platform and the Theme Park. Three operation modules take place in the polyvalent firehouse Q.
The intensive courses always focus on an outstanding topic for which special training and exercise needs have been identified. The focus is on operational exercises. The course participants take on different roles. In this way, they experience the operational scenarios from different perspectives and take on the tasks of incident management in a comprehensive manner.
The fees include training by our instructors as well as support from our technicians and operators. Also included are the use of the training infrastructure including all consumptions such as gas, fog oil, etc. as well as the use of the changing room, showers and the workshop for respiratory protection equipment. Before departure, the breathing apparatuses are restored, including with filled air cylinders. Parking is free of charge for the participants. During the lessons, you are supplied with drinking water to compensate for the loss of fluid.
For intensive courses, all accommodation services (meals and accommodation) are included according to the respective course description.
For the modules, meals can be booked separately. We offer break catering, lunch and dinner or an aperitif after successful training. Catering services must be booked at least three weeks before the start of the module.
